SLR Superflow Silver Circles

For Kimon's new titanium Tommasini Bici. The SLR Superflow Boost saddle has silver perforated concentric circles which sometimes looks like a pattern and sometimes looks like a random arrangement. Coordinating bar tape with the hex petal flower perforated pattern.

SLR Superflow Blue Stars

SLR Superflow Boost saddle with coordinating bar tape and a compact saddle bag. Perforations in a custom blue colour for Baum Cycles in a geometric pattern of circles and triangles that could be interpreted as suns or stars.

Bar Tapes

A couple of bar tapes I made recently for two Baum bicycles. Both in matte black textured cow leather with perforated detail in Chris King Turquoise and Baum Cycles' Burnt Orange.

Sunset Fade Vento Argo

Fizik Vento Argo saddle in black with sunset fade from warm yellow through to violet. Plus two sets of matching bar tape for Black Magic Paint in Portland, Oregon.

Tan Whip set for Bob's BASTION

All in saddle tan colour kangaroo whip leather. The main piece is a full length top tube frame bag made to fit neatly into the angles and lugs of Bob's new Bastion. The set also includes a Björn Sedlo saddle with 3mm padding, a 2 piece saddle bag and some Bastion style bar tape. Accent colour in the perforations references Land Rover Keswick Green.

AX Lightness Leaf Nudes & Scales Set

Hand dyed kangaroo leather, raised and embossed scale pattern on the saddle and bar tape and line drawing of female nude on the saddle and saddle bag.

Vintage Buckle Belt

I made a belt for Kylie to compliment the ornate sterling silver antique western buckle set she brought back from a recent trip to Texas. The belt is embellished with a set of leather embossing tools that have been in the family since the seventies. Bi-laminated leather so that both sides have the grain, the edges are hand stitched and burnished and the front and sides are hand dyed leaving the inner side natural.

Card Wallets: New & The Repaired

After a decade Geoffrey's perforated card wallet was in need of some TLC. Re-stitching, a good clean and some moisturiser. I also made a fresh plain card wallet in whiskey colour leather for good measure.

Fizik Pave 12 Year Recover

After twelve years and one minor patch repair Tim's (and Sam's) Fizik Pavé saddle had developed a significant patina. Busyman leather cover number 3 for this old saddle.

Attica Dinner & Busyman Folders' Update

For the third time Feride and I have the absolute pleasure of dining at Attica restaurant a couple of weeks ago. The experience and the food has always been incredible and seems to get better each time we visit. It was a great opportunity to see the leather folders I made for the restaurant around eight years ago and wonderful to see how they're ageing and developing a deeper character. A huge thank you to Ben, Kylie and all of the team at Attica for such an amazing experience! Favourite dishes? Pretty much everything served.

FOOKS House Stool Recover

As a wedding gift for Ben and Kylie I reupholstered this original Grant Featherston dressing room stool for their amazing Ernest Fooks house in Melbourne. Kangaroo leather with a FOOKS graphic, designed by Feride and me to suit the shape of the stool and sensitive to the period of the home. For good measure we included the happy skull saddle which is now hung in the house alongside some very nice works of art.

Bat Winged Skull Arione

Jim's Fizik Arione with a raised design inspired by some ancient Maltese decorative tile work. Comprising a skull, cross bones and a pair of stylised bat wings. The orange detailing picks up on his bike frame colour and make the skull eye sockets look quite electric. 

SLR Super Flow Saddle Recover with Red Perforations

Delivered to Andrew in France. After several years of riding the original synthetic cover was wearing at the front and the foam padding had come unstuck in a small area which was causing a very annoying squeak. Now the squeak is fixed and it has a nice clean new leather cover.

Rapha Power

S-Works Power saddle recovered in kangaroo leather with silver and bright pink perforated detail inspired by the Rapha RCC aesthetics. This one is for Francisco's OPEN limited edition RCC bicycle.

Novus Boost Alcantara

For one of the limited edition Bastion Archangel bikes. Recovered in black Alcantara synthetic suede. 

Purple and Black Power

For Francisco's future Merlin: S-Works Power saddle hand dyed in purple and black with brogue perforation details and bar tape to match. The plan is to match the anodised colour on his frame and Chris King components.

Vintage Omega Watch Band

In antique looking kangaroo leather, cotton thread saddle stitched around the edges, one piece bi-laminate construction. Thank you Mr. Mahoney!
