San Marco Ponza: Retro Flow
My first 'flow' conversion to a saddle. The Ponza has two 'beams' that run along the underside length of the saddle ensuring it still has structural integrity after making the cut-out.
Curt initially wanted to retain the texture material of the original to offer some traction. I proposed the perforations would perform a similar task. I'm loving this more complex pattern cutting and am very happy with the outcome, thanks to Feride for taking the photos.

Kashimax Aero Resurrected
Mikko's old Kashimax Aero was looking a bit worn out. Now it's recovered in whisky coloured kangaroo skin with a square criss-cross stitch grid pattern with some minor repairs to the foam.

"Speedy Dots" Hampsten Gran Paradiso Spirit
About six months ago I recovered this Fizik Arione saddle for a fellow in Austin Texas, he was having a new Hampsten Gran Paradiso custom made. We threw a few design ideas around and eventually settled on this design which I refer to as the "Speedy Dots" pattern. The bike is just finished and looking really great. The leather fro both the saddle and handle bar tape is a full grain vegetable tanned cow hide, notice the natural scar on the back of the saddle.

Basket Ball Orange: Selle Italia
Made from reclaimed leather salvaged from a basketball. The size of the available leather pieces makes the panel seams a necessity. I inserted the black line panels to mimic the look of the ball. Every piece is hand stitched with a needle and waxed cotton thread. The leather itself is rather thick but I'm happy with how it has turned out. It should be strong and comfortable.

Basketball Leather
A current job using salvaged basketball leather.
For a former basketball player who now rides bikes instead. The leather is successfully salvaged, now I need to develop the pattern and figure out how best to piece these surprisingly small patches of leather together whilst retaining a certain basketballness in the design.

Stealthy Prologo Recover
A Prologo saddle I just finished recovering for Cam's soon to be Baum. Seems like I'm the only fellow in town who's not getting a Baum. I wish I was getting one, maybe one day.... On this one Cam wanted it to be quite subtle so I removed the logo and went for a simple perforated pattern down the centre. The saddle is in black kangaroo and the bar tape is stealthy black on black.
