Stealthy Prologo Recover
A Prologo saddle I just finished recovering for Cam's soon to be Baum. Seems like I'm the only fellow in town who's not getting a Baum. I wish I was getting one, maybe one day.... On this one Cam wanted it to be quite subtle so I removed the logo and went for a simple perforated pattern down the centre. The saddle is in black kangaroo and the bar tape is stealthy black on black.
Romin Honey
Honey brown Specialized Romin Expert recovered for Adam over in the USA. The old cover was successfully removed but a very slight impression of the stripes is still visible. Hand dyed kangaroo leather which will hopefully match some Brooks honey bar tape. In any case it will age gracefully alongside the bar tape.

The Hungry Workshop
Mixing Corner |
The card almost done |
Simon driving the old Heidelberg |
Last Wednesday we dropped in at The Hungry Workshop to experience the printing of my new business cards. Letterpress printing on an old mechanical Heidelberg machine. It was pretty amazing to see and Simon and Jenna were very kind to invite us along. Although my card is a fairly basic single colour print they do design and produce some really beautiful work.

Casino Colnago Unicanitor
My first go at using this white vegetable tanned kangaroo hide. It's fractionally thicker than most of the hides I use and kind of stiffer (more difficult to work with). But the results are really clean and the skin itself seems to be exceptionally strong. This one's another old Cinelli Unicanitor for Ken in Boston. I'm really happy with how the Colnago emblem turned out on the two sides.
The design is a Unicanitor variation on the 'Casino' which continues to be kind of popular.
